  Located in Cantanhede, Bairrada, this mill has produced high-quality olive oils since 1893. Acquired by Henrique Marques Fernandes in 1987, it now processes up to 40 tons of olives daily. The industrial unit combines modern extraction technology with traditional expertise, producing fruity olive oils of exceptional aroma and quality.   Lagar N. Srª das Febres – Dão’s Leading Olive Oil Industrial Unit
  Situated in Carregal do Sal, this modern industrial unit was acquired in 2008. With 1,500 m² covered area and two continuous extraction lines, it produces over 40 tons of olive oil per day, exclusively virgin and extra virgin, establishing itself as the first major olive oil of the Dão region.
